My background in the healing arts began in 1997 when I graduated from the Kansas Massage Institute.  I had a 25 year career in massage, and learned how the emotions we experience play a role in our overall health.  During my own life, I experienced divorce, loss of a parent and job changes.  I have struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety and depression at times.

Several years ago, I was introduced to Pam Robinson, and IPT through a family member who was struggling with some anger problems.  I saw first hand how IPT saved his life.  Again, after the traumatic loss of my step-father, I saw how it comforted my mother in her grief and healing. 

When I received my first process, I was amazed at how my own parents divorce had actually affected me and my perceptions of relationships, what I deserved and what I felt I was worthy of.  During that first session, Pam told me about the Institute of Healing Arts Facilitator Program.  After nearly a year, and receiving several more processes, I began my journey.

Through healing myself, my own misperceptions and misunderstandings in life, I have found it easier to communicate in the workplace, with my spouse, and my children. I have seen it heal relationships, and heal wounds that I never thought would heal. 

I continue to receive processes even today, to help maintain the level of peace, safety and tranquility that I deserve.
