Questions we have all asked ourselves at one time or another.  Some of us never feel as though we are deserving of the positive answer.  The questions, create patterns and beliefs of how we feel about ourselves and how we fit into the world.  Often times keeping us stuck in a place of depression, self loathing and anxiety.  IPT can help to find our worthiness, calm the anxiety and help us to see our true authentic self.
